What we're looking for:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Expert to lead and support our real estate investment, acquisition, and development strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial property markets, investment analysis, and deal structuring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and executing high-value real estate transactions while building strong relationships with investors, developers, and stakeholders.

The role: 

 Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Identify and evaluate promising locations for the establishment of Padel clubs.

• Develop and present comprehensive investment proposals, including market analysis, feasibility studies, and financial projections.

• Maintain continuous research on market trends, potential opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the real estate and sports sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, brokers, and other stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the alignment of proposed projects with company goals.

Qualifications:​

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment, development, brokerage, or asset management.

• Strong expertise in property valuation, financial modeling, and real estate market dynamics.

• Proven ability to source and close high-value real estate transactions.

• Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.

• Strong knowledge of commercial property types, including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily assets.

• Understanding of real estate financing, debt structures, and capital markets.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
