What we're looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Investment Raising to lead our capital-raising efforts and drive investor engagement. This role is pivotal in securing funding from high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, hedge funds and other capital sources to support our investment funds and business growth.

The role: 

 Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute capital-raising strategies to attract investors.

• Build and maintain relationships with key investors.

• Create compelling investment propositions and marketing materials tailored to different investor segments.

• Lead investor presentations, meetings, and negotiations to secure financial commitments.

• Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with the CEO and other senior executives to align fundraising efforts with the company’s growth objectives.

• Analyze market trends in sports investments and provide strategic recommendations.

• Deliver regular reports to senior management on fundraising progress and investor feedback.

• Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant legal and financial regulations.​

Qualifications:​

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in investment fundraising, capital markets, private equity, venture capital, or asset management.

• Proven track record of successfully raising capital from institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs.

• Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.

• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
